Entrepreneurial activity can not only promote economic development and social stability, but also alleviate the severe employment situation of college students, and help to realize their own value. In recent years, the state has begun to reform the university entrepreneurship education and release the relevant policies to support college students' entrepreneurship.More and more attention have been paid to the entrepreneurship. But not all college students are fit to start a business. For this reason, research on what kind of personal traits is suitable for starting businesses,as well as the specific impact of personal traits on the entrepreneurial intention of college students is particularly important. At present, research on the antecedent variables of entrepreneurial intention are relatively rich, which mainly concentrated in the personal traits, personal background and social environment. However, previous studies have indicated that the predictive effect of personal traits on entrepreneurial intention is not obvious, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a direct effect on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, this paper selects entrepreneurial self-efficacy as an intermediary variable of the influence of College Students' personal characteristics on entrepreneurial intention, and then introduces the regulatory variables of entrepreneurial experience to further explore the specific mechanism of College Students'personal characteristics on entrepreneurial intention.Based on reading a large amount of relevant literature, this paper constructs a conceptual model of the relationship between College Students' personal traits, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, and then verifies the model assumptions by empirical analysis. The results show that:(1)college students' achievement needs, risk orientation and innovation have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial self-efficacy,and the internal locus of control and entrepreneurial self-efficacy has no significant correlation;(2)the college students' sense of opportunity identification, risk tolerance self-efficacy,relationship management efficacy significantly positively correlated with entrepreneurial intention;(3)the entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the impact of individual characteristics on entrepreneurial intention. Finally, according to the research conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the college students themselves and the high education.
