Research On The Development Of High-tech Industry In Jinan High-tech Zone

Economic development and social progress cannot be achieved without innovation.The promotion of every new technology will lead to improved productivity,and the use of every new product will change the way human beings live.The development of high and new tech industry promotes the development and progress of human society.High-new tech industry is an important enterprise cluster in modern economy.The degree of development of high-tech industries determines the level of economic development in a country or region.Under the modern economic environment,all countries are vigorously promoting the development of high-tech industries,China is no exception.High-new tech industry development zone is the main position of high-tech industry development.From the end of 1980 s,our country has approved the establishment of a number of high-new tech industry development zones.The establishment of high-new tech industrial development zones provides an excellent space and carrier for the growth of high-tech enterprises and for the development of high-tech industry.China has adopted the mode of setting up high-tech industrial development zones in promoting the development of high-new tech industries.Ji’nan High-new Tech Industry Development Zone is one of the first high-tech industrial development zones set up by the state.This article focuses on the development of high-new tech industries in Ji’nan High-new Tech Industry Development zone.The High-new Tech Industry Development Zone of Ji’nan was established in 1991.After26 years of development,great changes have taken place in this Zone.Here the development achievements have been remarkable,and the scale of high-tech industry has been expanding.In2015,Ji’nan High-new Tech Zone put forward the goal of building high-tech zones into the main battlefield of Ji’nan’s economic development.In the new period of development,it is an immediate task to analyze the present situation of high-tech industry development in Ji’nan High-new Tech Zone and find out the problems and solutions.Government is the management organization of high-tech industry.From the perspective of government administration and service,this thesis analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the high and new technology industry in Ji’nan High-new Tech Zone,and finally puts forward some concrete countermeasures to solve the problem.This thesis consists of five chapters.From the definition of high-tech industries,the characteristics and functions of high-new tech industries are discussed,and then the high-tech industries in Ji’nan High-new Tech Zone are discussed.This thesis contains the analysis of the general situation of High-new Zone,contains the analysis of the development situation andfeatures of High-new Zone.This thesis analyzes the problems of high-new tech industry of Ji’nan High-new Zone and its reasons from five aspects: chain of some industries is not complete,the financing problems of medium-small enterprises,the international competitiveness of enterprises is not strong,the overall industrial development policy support system is not perfect,the lack of industry talent.The last chapter of this thesis put forward six feasible suggestions for the above problems.These five suggestions are increasing government investment promotion to improve the industrial chain,improving financing system of high-tech zones,solving the financing needs of enterprises by multi ways,optimizing the industrial development environment,building the ecological system for technology enterprise’s development,building government-led multi angel talent supply system,the government will set up a special fund for innovation to encourage enterprises to develop independently.
