The 21 st century is the era of information society and network economy,whether traditional or emerging industries,will be marked on the Internet,mobile Internet Era.Today's network of information technology in the development of communication technology rapid maturation and payment services to their continuous refinement of social division of labor,more and more non-financial institutions with the traditional Internet and mobile Internet public information carrier,are involved in the mobile payment services to,mobile payment business has gradually become a modern economy in payment and settlement activities in the key link.Enterprise strategy management is the core content of enterprises to maintain competitive advantage and achieve sustainable development.This paper to YYT,mobile payment development strategy were comprehensive and in-depth research: to two aspects of mobile payment and strategic management theory research results as the basis,through the comparison of domestic and foreign mobile payment development present situation,to YYT,mobile payment business SWOT analysis,to formulate the company's differentiation strategy,analysis the poor dissimilation strategy implementation,analysis of the poor dissimilation strategy and improvement scheme is proposed.YYT companies choose the differentiation strategy implementation has the following main problems:industry chain,the low degree of concentration,single channel,innovation ability insufficiency as well as the channel structure unreasonable payment,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures:strengthen the cooperation between the industrial chain,to build e-commerce platform and payment channel,strengthen the system and product innovation and accumulation of multi channels and customer resource specific programs.Expect to be able to through the implementation of the above options,weakening industry situation,the organization and operation of the disadvantages,seize the opportunity,the YYT mobile payment service differentiation strategy management can be implemented smoothly,achieves the enterprise's long-term development.
