In order to realize the rapid development, the company proceeds global R&D, purchasing, production and sales with quick globalization, advanced technology and evolutionary information technolgy. But the challenge parallels to the chance, the company is facing to the furious competition while in front of the rare chance. Only recognizing the situation, and planning strategic operation and management, the company can survive in the terrible business fighting and keep its developments.ZM mobile company is majored in devloping, producing, promoting and selling mobile telephone products, it possesses full-scale mobile telephone assembling lines. There is huge market for mobile telephone in telecommunication industries and the competition in this industy is very drastic. This thesis analyzes the present situation basing on outer environment and inner key factors of ZM Company and all the theories of strategic management which include industry motivation model of Porter,financial indicator analysis and three main strategies. Then using GE matrix and SWOT model to research ZM strategic plan and clarify its development direction, in the end, this thesis make out the strategic aim of 2010 and the measures to gain the aim.In the last chapter of this thesis, we consider deeply for the making company strategy and give the suggestion to improve the defects in strategy making.
