Schedule And Control Of The M Model Civil Aircraft Test Flight Project

China is still in the developing stage regarding schedule planning and controlling of civil aircraft test flight program.Due to lack of necessary technological means and professional tools,engineers managing the program could only rely on their own experience to perform partial optimization on test flight task within the professional area through manual methods,with limited effect of optimization result in improving flight efficiency.This article systematically looks into the specific methods used in the planning and controlling of M model civil aircraft test flight program and provides references for test flight institutions to manage the schedule of the program.After systematically examining the status quo regarding the schedule planning and controlling of M model civil aircraft test flight program,this article analyzes major problems existing in the management of the schedule of civil aircraft test flight program,including insufficient structure of tasks,lack of comprehensive arrangement of tasks,lack of efficient cooperative mechanism,and inefficient adjustment of the program schedule.On this basis,this article proposes the standardized management on the planning and controlling of M model civil aircraft test flight program,emphasizing during the planning process on the building of task structure,segmentation of responsibilities,establishment of relations between tasks,estimation of time for each task,development of network planning,establishment of key route,development of schedule,and emphasizing during the controlling process on dynamic monitoring of schedule and response measures.
