In our country,the rapid development of the DB model at the same time,the model of the management of the short board also gradually exposed,many owners are not aware of the importance of risk sharing,the implementation of the project process,many unrecognized risk resulted in frequent contract disputes,hindering the DB project resource optimization and even lead to the failure of the project,has greatly restricted the DB project management performance.Therefore,it is very important to study the risk sharing and contract optimization in DB mode.Firstly,the development of DB mode is analyzed in this paper,compared with the traditional mode,DB mode can greatly reduce the owner's risk,in reducing the project cost,shorten the construction period,to ensure the quality has a great advantage.Due to the DB mode in our country are not many matching with the laws and regulations,resulting in the contract risk sharing is not balanced,coupled with the existing domestic contractors not to many risks for the effective identification and management,contractor to the contract agreed risk costs to digest future risk event generated when loss,resulting in lower management performance of DB projects.Secondly,through to the domestic and foreign literature studies are summarized.From the aspects of theory that risk sharing effect on the performance of project management,on the basis of the incompleteness of the contract,the establishment of a "agreed in advance" and "ex post governance" two stage risk sharing model.Finally,from the contract risk sharing of,"risk sharing and risk sharing",risk sharing-performance management "contact hypothesis model was established,to be confirmed by structure equation model and agreed in the contract of the initial share the provisions for risk and sharing,has a greater direct impact project performance;initial risk sharing through the risk sharing agreement,but also indirectly influence the performance of project management.The empirical results reveal that the reasonable risk sharing is helpful to improve the project management performance of the owner.Taking Xinjiang library as an example,this paper illustrates the influence of risk sharing on risk sharing,indirectly affects the performance ofproject management,and puts forward the optimal contract of the contract.The superiority of the "tender documents" of the "tender documents" of the Hong Kong Macao Bridge is analyzed,which provides a reference for the DB model contract formulation optimization,which will help to improve the performance of DB project management.
