Impact Of Psychological Contract On The Cooperative Performance Of Project

The construction industry plays an important role in China's economic development.The project has many characteristics such as high investment and long cycle,its smoothlybuilding requires the friendly cooperationamong all the participants.However,for a long time,the project participants often have the antagonistic relationship because of the unbalanced interests and risks,which seriously affect the cooperative performance of the project.Therefore,how to improve the cooperation relationship among project participants is of great significance to the promotion of cooperative performance.In view of the current research,the psychological contract as a new angle of view to study the cooperative relationship,and its application can improve the relationship cooperation between enterprises by improving trust,then improving the cooperation performance.However,this perspective in the field of engineering research is rarely involved,there is application gap.Therefore,this study based on the perspective of psychological contract to research the mechanis of project performance improvement.First,the structural equation modeling research hypothesis of "psychological contract-trust-cooperative performance" is put forward.Then,through the literature review and Delphi method,the psychological contract scle,trust scale and cooperative performance scale are developed,which include the engineering characteristics.And then collecting the relevant data through questionnaire,with SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 software analyzing and validating the research hypothesis,and obtaining the following conclusions:(1)The satisfaction of transactional psychological contract and relational psychological contract can positively affect the cooperative performance.But the influence of developmental psychological contract on cooperative performance is not significant;(2)Both ability trust and good faith trust have a significant positive effect on cooperative performance;(3)Transactionalpsychological contract,relationalpsychological contract and developmental psychological contract can through the influence of ability trustindirectly affect cooperation performance;(4)Relational psychological contract and developmental psychological contract can positively affect the goodwill trust,but influence of the transactional psychological contract on the goodwill trustis not significant.The successful implementation of the project needs the effective cooperation of multi-participants.For the first time,this study introduces the psychological contract into the research field of project cooperation performance,which can enriche the research perspective in this field,at the same time,which also can put forward some targeted suggestions and countermeasures for the improvement of cooperative performance in engineering practice.
