| Recently,the market economy in china has been improving,while the competition among the corporations is getting more intense,which requires an efficient management of corporation administration and HR administration.The training for new employees is regarded as an important part of HR administration,a crucial factor the decides the development of a corporation.Confronted with the situation where power reformation is carrying out and optimization of employee training system is needed,sgcc manages to establish a employee-develop training system based on capability fostering,which combines investigation,design,execute and evaluation into a closed-loop system.But how are the results from the training properly evaluated?With help of recent new employee training system and experiences of training home and abroad,this thesis attempts to analyse the problems found in the training,and establish a system of training quality evaluation for new employees in sgcc on the basis of new employees training evaluation system,related theories and data which collected from literature review,field method and questionnaire. |
