Laser equipment industry is the strategic emerging industries that the current supported by Chinese government. With the development of our country from great manufacturing nation to powerful manufacturing nation, from "manufacturing" to"intellectual",as an advanced manufacturing technology, laser manufacturing gradually used widely in the major industries.Based on the above background, this paper takes the Z company's Laser Division as the research object and make completely analyzes for the internal and external environment of Z company Laser Division by Porter's five-force model. Furthermore, we can get the strategic choice, the content of the strategy implementation and control of Z Company's Laser Divison and its methods through the relevant strategic management theory.The first part of the paper is the introduction and the description of strategic management theory. The relevant theories of the strategic management cited by the paper are described after elaborating the research background, the significance of the research,the structure of the research and the methods and ideas of the research.The second part of the paper is an analysis of the external and internal environment of Z Company's Laser Division. Through a detailed analysis of the external and internal environment to grasp the research object in which the industry environment so that pave the way for putting forward accurate and effective strategic choice.The third part of the paper is the Z Company's Laser Division made a strategic choice and summed up the strategic implementation and control methods. This part is based on the analysis results of the last parts and puts forward some suggestions on strategic choice,strategy implementation, control project and its methods.The significance of this study lies in the environment Z company laser business on how to find new opportunities as the result of international and domestic market, and the laser equipment is booming and the domestic manufacturers of laser equipment have been the initial shape, how to adjust the future strategy direction and looking for ideas, providing some strategic guidance and reference for the long-term development of the laser business of Z company.
