Results indicate that: the macro environment of the development of the company has advantages and disadvantages, industry competitive environment become fiercer, and the company’s internal operation are in good condition. If companies want to seize the opportunity of better development, they need to take growth strategy from the overall level, including the integration strategy, intensive strategy and diversification strategy, the implementation of differentiation strategy from the aspects of brand, service and technique, and finally, puts forward A development strategy of petroleum equipment company on the implementation of security measures, to ensure the implementation of corporate strategy.
