Research On The Revenue Equilibrium Of Integrated Logistics Distribution Based On Shapley Value Method

With the increase of market competition and the change of consumer demand,logistics has replaced the first profit source and the second profit source,and has become the third profit source of enterprise's attention.Integrated logistics system has become an important part of many enterprises' competitive strategies in the market economy environment characterized by demand driven and rapid response market opportunities.In the process of integrated logistics,logistics distribution is based on customer demand,and the stable operation of the integrated logistics distribution becomes the important premise of the logistics distribution.Therefore,how to meet the needs of the integration of logistics and distribution,and to deal with the relationship between the members of the enterprise income distribution,not only to achieve the profit goal of member enterprises and maintain the stable operation of integrated logistics distribution system is a priority.Firstly,this paper describes the composition of the integrated logistics system,logistics and distribution services related theory,and summarizes the advantages of integrated logistics distribution process,that is,through the logistics business resource organization and optimization of the logistics system,according to the basic requirements to plan the logistics system,to strengthen the synergy between the members,to achieve the logistics efficiency of the integrated system.In the enjoyment of the benefits of integrated distribution,good integration of logistics and distribution of income distribution of the work of the integrated logistics system is very important to stable operation.Therefore,the paper tries to use the Shapley value method and the distribution theory to provide the revenue equilibrium model for the integrated logistics distribution system.Analysis of the existing logistics and distribution model,through the comparison of their respective advantages and disadvantages,the design of logistics distribution based on the logistics and distribution of large-scale,intensive,to carry out the integration of the administrative region of integrated logistics distribution,establish a "big distribution" mode,realize the integrated logistics distribution model.Analysis of the distribution of the income distribution mechanism,including the identification of the income distribution and income distribution scheme.Then according to the characteristics of the integrated logistics distribution mode,the contribution level,risk factors and technological innovation are three main factors that affect the revenue distribution.In view of the problem of integrated logistics distribution,the game theory is analyzed,and combined with the principle of income distribution,Shapley value method is used to establish the distribution model of integrated logistics distribution.Considering the actual situation,three kinds of influence factors on the model are improved,and the advantages and disadvantages of the scheme are discussed.Finally,three factors are combined into the income distribution scheme,and combined with the example,the Shapley value distribution scheme of the three factors is proved to be fair and reasonable.In the end,according to the integrated logistics distribution model and the method of revenue distribution,the paper discusses the mechanism of distribution of income distribution in integrated logistics distribution.It is an important way to improve the integration of logistics and distribution of interests in the future.Through the effective incentive mechanism can make the cooperative goal of the internal needs of the members,guide and promote the needs of the members to a higher level of development,and to cultivate the sense of community and the sense of loyalty,identity and cohesion of the organization.
