China is now the world's second largest economy entity.Corresponding with the rapid development of the national economy,China's social security system is also gradually improved and rapid evolution,and housing security system is undoubtedly one of the important components.Vigorously promoting the construction of indemnificatory housing and speeding up the settlement of urban low-income families housing problem,it is not only the need of the country to realize the fairness and justice,but also the objective needs of ordinary people to live and work in peace and contentment.China's indemnificatory housing has begun to scale,with the completion of a large number of new indemnificatory housing,follow-up management and more sophisticated construction has become a new focus.Its details are directly related to such a huge security project in the end is to become a “warm hearts project”,or a “cold heart project”.At the same time,China's vast territory,the eastern region and the western region,the first tier cities and small and medium-sized cities in the development of a larger gap,in the construction of indemnificatory housing related details are bound to have a lot of different.X is a small and medium-sized city located in the central and western regions,this paper takes it as an example to study,hoping to provide reference for the construction of indemnificatoryhousing in other small and medium-sized cities.On the basis of absorbing and referring to the domestic and foreign research results,according to the research and practical work materials of my own,author analysis of the specific conditions and problems of X city indemnificatory housing construction,and puts forward corresponding solving strategies.The full text is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the relevant research trends,research ideas and methods,as well as innovation and inadequacies;the second chapter is the basic theory part,mainly introduces the basic theory and the related notion;the third chapter introduces the city of X,and some existing problems,included access audit issues,structural imbalance between supply and demand,exit mechanism is difficult to achieve effectively,follow-up management loss and policy information publicity is not in place;the fourth chapter on the reasons behind them are analyzed,including deviation of political achievements,performance concept of the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect,local governments rely on land economic and security policy;the fifth chapter is the focus of this paper and the innovation,puts forward the corresponding solving strategy.The thinking,including the improvement of legislation and related audit system,and the innovation of this article is economic development zone,local economy and indemnificatory housing construction will be the combination,in another hand,refinement,science and technology,conservation of green building concept will be used in the construction of indemnificatory housing and through community neighborhood committees and new media means to promote policy.
