Research In The Entry And Exit Of Indemnificatory Housing And Construction Of The Management Information System

Due to the fast growth of our country’s economy in recent years, the housing price isincreasing rapidly accordingly. The difficulty of housing has become an important issue inhow to build a harmonious society in our country. The government increases the constructionof building indemnificatory housing in order to solve housing problems of people with middleor low level income. Nowadays, low-renting housing, public-renting housing and affordablehousing are the main forms of indemnificatory housing in our country. However, theindemnificatory housing regulations are not perfect, which leads to many problems to its entryand exit mechanism. This essay mainly focuses on improving p indemnificatory housing’sentry and exit mechanism and building its information management system. It includes thefollowing discussion:(1)Analyze and summarize literature review regarding indemnificatory housing andinformation system construction, and give brief introduction to the concept of low-rentinghousing, public-renting housing and affordable housing and relevant theory.(2)Analyze and research on indemnificatory housing’s entry and exit mechanismaccording to the current situation of our country’s indemnificatory housing management.Those problems become more and more prominent in our country’s accelerated constructionof indemnificatory housing and gain more and more focus from our government.(3)Set up guaranteed standards for low-renting housing using housing payment abilityassessment model, and research on the process of indemnificatory housing application andaudit as well as its entry and exit mechanism, then build up encouragement and restriction mechanism for quit process, and at last give suggestions and solutions about improving entryand exit mechanism.(4)Introduce the importance, principle and overall framework of indemnificatory housinginformation system indemnificatory housing management situation and relevant businessprocess analysis. Give detailed design and introduction to every function module, and designon database conceptual structure using household information and documents informationmanagement as an example, and then at last introduce the application of indemnificatoryhousing entry and exit mechanism in the system.
