Strategic Research On Transformation Of BOC Shangrao Branch's Assets Operation

As the core component of the modern financial system and the channel of capital,commercial bank plays the important role in the economic movement.After high speed development in these years,the credit has expanded rapidly.However,because of the process of marketization of interest rates accelerating,extensive application of electronic information technology,the rapid development of financial disintermediation,increasingly stringent regulatory requirements,increasingly diverse customer needs,the more intense competition,the growth rate of banks has already reported sharpest decline.The profit model relying solely on the size and spread cannot continues,and problems also has emerged,such as structural imbalance,costs rising,asset income level decreased and decline in asset quality.Under this background,the banking financial business is fully accelerate the pace of innovation,including asset business,changes the concept of development,increase the credit asset structure adjustment and innovation ability,has become the industry consensus,is a necessary requirement to respond effectively to the financial reform.Bank of China Shangrao Branch(hereinafter referred to as Shangrao branch)is the second level branch to the Bank of China.In this paper,through Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis and other research methods,the paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages existing in the assets business of Shangrao branch,for proving the necessity and urgency of carrying out business transformation.On this basis,combined with the management theory and the related research results of the asset business transformation,from the actual situation of the Shangrao branch,the development strategy of the asset business transformation is discussed.In the end,this paper instructs the implementation of the strategic plan and control measures.
