Study On Optimization Of Performance Appraisal System In ZLIP

Zhejiang Orient Group Light Industrial Products Import & Export Co.Ltd(ZLIP)Is a state-owned enterprise,established in the 1980 s,mainly engaged in import and export trade,with annual sales of about 150 million dollars.In recent years,the import and export trade faces a grim situation,and the enterprise cannot escape the trade influence.It faces the market decline,intense competition,regional protectionism and other pressures.In addition the enterprise faces the internal problems such as backward management mode,brain drain and so on.In order to solve the development problem,the enterprise need to solve the management problems first.In consideration of human resource management,there are some irrational portions in salesmen' performance appraisal,including incomplete system,unfair result,inadequate incentive and so on.The problems has led to adverse consequences,such as lack of competitive consciousness,brain drain and so on.In short,the present salesmen' performance appraisal system is unable to effectively motivate salesmen and improve organizational performance,so it needs to be optimized.The optimize program will probably cause a reform in the enterprise' performance.In order to improve the fairness and motivation of the performance appraisal system,the study optimizes the structure of the appraisal system,uses the method of “KPI+KBI”,combs the process from the beginning to the end,empowers the raters,links performance appraisal closer with salary,promotion and training,makes “performance” integrated into enterprise culture,and ultimately accelerates the reform of the enterprise's managemant mode.Besides,there's barely any article about specific program about performance appraisal in state-owned import &export enterprise,my study fills the gap in this field.
