With the development of the modern society,enterprises start to pay increasingly more attention to corporate image and social responsibility,rather than simply focus on their own profits and scales.The following questions have aroused great public interest: whether the enterprise should fulfil social responsibility,how to fulfill and to what extent should the enterprise undertake.Because it is believed that enterprises who care about social responsibility,are more likely to attach importance to their own development and fate,which improve the corporate's sense of responsibility.The social responsibility of enterprises has become a worldwide concern,and it's also a trend of modern enterprises' development.As an important component of the social economy,enterprises need to take corresponding responsibility of social development.Nowadays,enterprises' social responsibility has already aroused great concerns in developed countries,and most of them have formed quite mature system on this issue.On the contrary,in our country,little attention is pay to enterprises' social responsibility,and management system towards this issue need to be consummated,especially in our domestic tobacco industry.Due to the particularity of tobacco industry,the public is lack of approach to get comprehensive understanding of tobacco companies,thus lead to a relatively low recognition.Therefore,it's time for domestic tobacco enterprises to build good corporate images,and fulfilling social responsibilities plays an important role in achieving this goal.This article will take the social responsibility management system of Longgang Branch of Shenzhen Tobacco Co.as an example to support the following study.Firstly,we will analyze the concept of “social responsibility” and “social responsibility management system”,and elaborate the benefit balance and stakeholder theory in building a social responsibility managing system,in order to form the base of our study.Then we will analyze the situation of building the social responsibility management system in Longgang Branch of Shenzhen Tobacco Co..This article will go through the state of operation,social responsibility,and recent performance of this company to find out the existing shortcomings in fulfilling social responsibility at this stage.Meanwhile,combine with the study on enterprises' social responsibility management system,we raise five supporting system: daily management,achievement evaluation,evaluation indicator,information disclosure and capacity building.With these five supporting system,we proceed further analyze to the social responsibility management system of Longgang branch,and raised the necessary procedure,method and tools to achieve it.Last but not least,we put forward three strategy towards the concrete implementing of building the social responsibility management system of Longgang branch.Basing on the theoretical research,this article lucubrate the building of the social responsibility management system of Shenzhen Tobacco Co.(Longgang branch),and we cherish the hope that our study could bring positive impacts on the construction of the social responsibility management system in other tobacco enterprises in our country.
