With the development of global economic integration,China's construction market is gradually standardized and internationalized,people began to concern about the safety of not only the quality of the project,but also the beginning of the construction enterprise internal management work to give a high priority,especially the theory of internal control,by more and more experts and scholars of the Qing mei.Study on internal control theory on the one hand can enhance the management efficiency of construction enterprises in China,on the other hand,management can be applied in other industries,to better safeguard the orderly and effective management,to ensure the integrity of corporate assets,security managers can control each link,maximize benefits,to to promote the development of the internal management of enterprises in our country play a very important.This requires enterprises to form a set of strategic,operational,financial reporting and compliance as the goal of the internal control system.At the same time,due to the state matrix on enterprise internal control system introduced various policies and requirements,the building has become China's current enterprise management center of the internal control system,many domestic enterprises have begun to operate according to their own characteristics and industry characteristics,construction of internal control system.The domestic architectural design enterprise in our country although already realize enterprise management mode,but in the internal control issues,there are still many problems,these problems have long plagued the enterprise managers,and restricts the growth of enterprises,leading to the development of enterprises is stagnant.Based on the fundamental theory of internal control,internal control theory research at home and abroad for reference,this paper analyzes the internal control mode and evaluation,give a theoretical basis for the construction to strengthen the internal control system in China s enterprises.First of all,this article through thequestionnaire survey,according to the survey results,from the environment,risk,behavior,information and communication and supervision from the aspects of the actual situation of internal control in S company,and pointed out that the company appeared in the process of internal control problems.Then,combined with the previous findings and the theoretical framework of COSO of S company's internal control system construction program design,research objectives,principles and contents of the design scheme,so as to improve the framework of internal control system of S company,to ensure the operability and effectiveness of the system at the same time,put forward corresponding countermeasures the design scheme of content,so as to ensure the smooth operation of the internal control system of S company,for the reference to the construction of the internal control system of architectural design enterprises in our country play.
