Only on behalf of the processing of the profit model has been unable to help OEM enterprises to gain competitive advantage,the lack of core competitiveness,changes in the operating environment makes many OEM companies face the plight of transformation.It is an effective measure to construct the value network and improve the ability of network members to create value.To evaluate the value of network based on the OEM enterprise transformation creation mechanism and ability as the research object,according to the transformation of enterprises,enterprise value network,value creation and other related theories,analyzes the motivation,objectives and characteristics of OEM enterprise value network construction,found that the internal factors affect the OEM enterprise value network formation and external factors,summed up the structure of the value network system of OEM enterprise and two kinds of construction mode.Based on the analysis and summary of the nature,characteristics and process of value creation,this paper constructs a conceptual model of the relationship between value network and value creation.Through questionnaire,obtain 210 valid samples,using descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis method is verified for the research hypothesis,the results show that the constructed value network to promote business model innovation,technology and brand,and promote the creation of corporate value.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward the connotation and influencing factors of value network value creation ability,and constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation method of value creation ability of OEM enterprises.Based on OEM enterprise-Rome company as a case study,the value of the network value creation ability evaluation index system and method for its analysis,summed up the successful experience and enlightenment,and innovation ability,the ability to create value low OEM companies to complete transformation to provide reference.
