Aircraft is an important production tool of air transport.With the continuous development of the air transport industry and more frequent air transport related activities,such as aircraft introduction,operation,exit,leasing,mortgage registration,insurance,etc.The demand for aircraft transaction value measurement is increasing.Objective and impartial aircraft transaction value measurement is urgently needed as a reference in these processes.For the scientific,objective and accurate measurement of aircraft transactions value,the factors influencing aircraft transaction value are firstly systematically analyzed from the aspects of aircraft basic value,market transaction status and external environment and based on this the causal relationship diagram of the aircraft transaction value measurement system is drawn.Secondly,the factors are screened by Delphi method and the index system of aircraft transaction value measurement is constructed.Then the characteristics of the replacement cost method,income method and market method in the asset evaluation are analyzed and compared in the applicability,advantages and disadvantages for aircraft basic value assessment.Basic value of the eight B737-800 aircrafts are evaluated using the replacement cost method.Then the model of aircraft transaction value measurement based on system dynamics model is constructed.And after obtaining the comprehensive influence coefficient in this method,the aircraft transaction value TV is measured.Finally,according to the domestic B737-800 transaction data in recent years the feasibility and accuracy of the model is verified and the transaction value in full life of B737-800 is predicted.
