Research On The Evaluation Of Cargo-friendly Airport

Aircargo gets very rapidly growth in recent years.However,because of the policy that passenger is more important than cargo in our country,aircargo has a lower status in traditional airport.As the result,the development is limited.With the developmet of aircatgo,the government is aware of that aircargo is as important as passenger transport.It has been mentioned in the 13 th Five-Year Development Strategy that we should speed up the construction of a cargo-based airport.The development of aircargo has brought with the question of how to build a Cargo-friendly airport.Therefore,we should know how to judge the degree of freight-friendlinessit about the airport.And it is very important to the development of the Cargo-friendly airport in China.This article starts with the relevant theories of air logistics and air cargo hubs,and summarizes some of the characteristics of freight-friendly airports by studying past study.Combined all the study,we establish an evaluation index system for Cargo-friendliness of Cargo-friendly airports,which included six first indexes indicators and 21 secondary indicators.Then,we use the evaluation index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on Entropy method to evaluate the typical cargo airport in our country.Finally,we analysis the result and propose suggestions for the development of them.Through evaluation,it is concluded that there is still a certain gap between the freight airports of our country to Cargo-friendly airports,especially in terms of policy environment,freight infrastructure and airport service capabilities.In view of the problems existing in China's Cargo-friendly airports,this paper proposes proposals from the national goverment,local government and airport in order to contribute to the development of Cargo-friendly airports in China.
