The ZTE Corporation is an integrated communication-solutions provider.It is also one of the outstanding Chinese enterprises that get its feet on international market.In 2012,due to the after effect of global financial crisis and large-scale acquisitions,the revenue of ZTE has been extremely reduced.As a result,the company suffered big losses and the income in the international market also get decreased.However,ZTE still believes that smart terminal products in international market will have a great market prospect.According to the annual report of ZTE,the smart terminal products gained more benefit in 2015 than that in 2014.Therefore,ZTE will pay more attention to this field in the future.Since the competition is fierce,ZTE has to consider how to make full use of its advantages at the same time avoid their disadvantages carefully.In this composition,basing on the application of Competitive Advantage Theory,the author tried to find out the problems of ZTE's competitive strategy in international market.Combined with the PEST analysis,Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and SWOT analysis,the author put forward some suggestions to ZTE on how to expand market in three different economic conditions and how to deal to make strategy reaction.In order to solve the problems that ZTE faced in the process of international expansion of mobile phone,the paper also provide reference for the other enterprises in China to enter global market.
