As one of people's essential electronic products, mobile phone shows its FMCG feature and has changed people's daily lives. At present, there is a serious competition in mobile phone market, and every company is trying its best to seek survival and development in this market. Therefore, it's significant to research China's mobile phone market and channel model. And the result will have important reference value for business operations of phone manufacturers and channel companies.Based on analysis of current situation of China's mobile phone market, this paper fully analyzed the development environment, size, competition structure and firm competitiveness, and then took a special discussion on mobile phone sales channel model.Taking the mobile communication development stages in China as standard, this paper summarized development process of China's mobile phone channel models, and studied the main factors to promote mobile channels'development. Through the analysis of mobile channels competition structure, the competition among mobile phone manufacturers, channel companies, and retail terminal companies was summarized, and the existing problems of current channel models were researched, and some strategies were proposed in this paper. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is an introduction which briefly introduces the research background, significance, research content and methods. The second chapter mainly focuses on the mobile market's current development situation in China. The third chapter studies the development and factors of China's mobile channel models. And the last chapter analyzes current problems and corresponding strategies for China's mobile channel models.
