Research On Regional Selection Of New Energy Industries

The development of new energy industry is the best strategy to improve the structure of energy consumption,ease the environmental crisis and achieve sustainable development.Under the guidance of national new energy industry development planning,the local governments encourage enterprises to invest in new energy sources with economic and administrative measures,so that the industry faces "surging phenomenon",encountering industrial structure homogeneity and overcapacity as well as waste of resources.If the industrial space is rational,the new energy industry,to a certain extent,will develop sustainably,in order to develop the industry orderly and healthy,it is necessary to study the spatial layout of the industry.This article reviewed the relevant literature of the new energy industry,sorted out the industrial location selection and spatial layout theory,industrial life cycle theory and the dominant industry selection theory.Combined with China's new energy industry in the "second five" and "thirteen five" period,which will usher in the development and layout adjustment of the important opportunities,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the regional selection of new energy industry,and constructs the evaluation index system with regional innovation ability,regional resource condition,regional economic strength and regional development environment as the criterion layer.According to the above index system,the factor analysis method is used to study the suitability of the development of new energy industry in each province,and apply cluster analysis to analyze the cluster of industry.The empirical results show that compared with comprehensive factor score of 24 provinces and cities which develop new energy industry,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and so on more are suitable for the development of new energy industry,while Hunan,Gansu,Ningxia don't have obvious advantage to develop;in addition,At the same time can be the layout of the new energy industry provinces are divided into five cluster areas,each cluster division of labor is different..The evaluation index system and the empirical method constructed can select the provinces and cities which are suitable for the development of the new energy industry and the indexes which have the advantages and disadvantages.It is concluded that the development of the new energy industry can't blindly follow the trend,it needs to take into account its own conditions in conclusion.
