Research On Evaluation Of Logistics Enterprise's Financing Efficiency

Logistics industry as a national basic and strategic industry,its development for the steady growth of national economy is of great significance.The country has successively introduced "the medium and long-term development of logistics industry planning(2014-2020)","Special action plan for cost reduction and efficiency of logistics industry(2016-2018)" and "13th five-year plan of modern integrated transport system development plan" etc.policies.It is obviously to see that country emphasis to the development of logistics industry.Logistics enterprises as an important part of the logistics industry,its development level decides the development level of logistics industry,and the essential condition of the logistics enterprises bigger and stronger is well funded,logistics enterprises financing problem is a problem in the logistics industry development can not be neglected,so the financing efficiency of logistics enterprises is a very necessary topic.Firstly,on the basis of elaborating the research background and the current situation of domestic and foreign research,the concept of logistics enterprises and financing efficiency is defined,the relevant financing theory is expounded,and the empirical research method of logistics enterprise financing efficiency evaluation is analyzed theoretically.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the present situation of financing of logistics enterprises,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the financing efficiency of logistics enterprises from the level of financial market development,economic development,policies and regulations,as well as enterprise scale,financing cost,profitability,growth ability and operational capacity,Lay the foundation for the construction of the evaluation index system below.Thirdly,the paper uses the two-stage DEA model and DEA-Malmquist model to analyze the static and dynamic empirical results.The results show that the financing efficiency of the logistics enterprises is higher than that of the logistics enterprises.Poor,and different types of logistics enterprises financing efficiency differences.Finally,according to the influencing factors of financing efficiency and the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the financing efficiency of logistics enterprises.Logistics companies themselves can improve their financing through three aspects: rationally controlling the scale of financing,optimizing the financing structure and improving the internal management system.Financial markets and government support are also essential.
