Global warming makes the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions imminent,as one of the main sources of carbon emission,the electric power industry has great potential in reducing carbon emissions.It is of great significance to develop low-carbon electricity to mitigate the greenhouse effect.With the rapid development of smart grid,the demand side resources are gradually involved in the power system dispatching,which will have a positive impact on the development of low-carbon electricity.In addition,wind power has made an important contribution for energy saving and emission reduction in electric power industry as a kind of clean energy,but with the installed capacity growing,the consumptive problem has become a critical factor to restrict the development of wind power,and now The demand side resources in power system dispatching can provide part of wind power consumptive space,which alleviates the pressure of wind power integrated to the grid.At the same time,the implementation of carbon trading mechanism makes carbon emissions into economic costs which has a profound impact for power generation enterprises to reduce carbon emissions.Based on the above analysis,the problem of low-carbon economic dispatching of power system considering demand side resources and carbon trading is studied as follows:Firstly,give a basic summary for electric vehicles,distributed power and demand response of demand side resources and emphasize the classification of demand response resources and its influence on the development of low-carbon power;in addition,introduce the connotation and basic theory of carbon trading and the initial allocation of carbon emission quota.Secondly,under the carbon trading environment,a new low carbon economic dispatching model with demand side low-carbon resources and carbon capture equipment is established and the model includes the dispatching cost of the demand side low-carbon resources,the power generation cost of the power system and the cost of carbon trading.The BCC algorithm is used to solve the model.In the numerical examples,different dispatching scenes are set up and the dispatching modes of different objective functions are compared.The influences of the introduction of demand side low-carbon resources and carbon capture equipment on the economic efficiency and emission reduction effect of the power system are analyzed.The optimization results show that the proposed optimization model is effective.Finally,demand response resources are classified in detail and two kinds of demand response models of virtual generation unit are proposed.Carbon trading model is improved in this paper.Then the wind power is introduced into the dispatching model,and a low-carbon economic dispatching model of power system with win power based on demand response virtual generation unit and carbon trading is established.The simulation results show the influences of considering the demand response virtual generation unit and not considering the demand response virtual generation unit on the system dispatching results.The results of optimal dispatching of power system are analyzed under different CO2 emissions mitigation targets and initial prices of Carbon emission right.Under different scenarios of demand response virtual generation unit,the results of optimal dispatching of power system are analyzed.And the accommodation situation of wind power of the system with demand response virtual generation unit is introduced.
