Research On The Efficiency Of Agricultural Product Processing Industry In Yunnan Province

Vigorously promote the development of agricultural products processing industry is an important part of the structural reform of agricultural supply side and an important way to promote the fused development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Yunnan province is one of the traditional highland agriculture provinces in our country.Because of its unique climate and abundant biological resources,it is known as the "kingdom of plants" and "animal kingdom".Since 2011,Yunnan Province,with geopolitical climate advantages of water resources and land resources of the species resources committed to the development of plateau agriculture richly endowed by nature,characteristics of economic crops,animal husbandry,fishery,mountain flower industry has been significantly improved.Yunnan's unique resources and government policy support greatly promoted the development of agricultural products processing industry in Yunnan province.The efficiency of agricultural products processing industry is an important index to measure the development of agricultural products processing industry.The development trend of research on the efficiency of agricultural product processing industry of Yunnan province can not only reflect the industry development situation of agricultural products in Yunnan Province,prediction of Yunnan Province agricultural products processing efficiency,provide empirical evidence and policy suggestions are put forward to the relevant departments of Yunnan province in order to improve the efficiency of agricultural product processing industry.This paper takes Yunnan Province agricultural product processing industry and agricultural product processing industry of Yunnan province sub industries as samples,the relevant data from 2005 to 2015 in Yunnan Province,agricultural product processing industry,using data envelopment analysis(DEA)analysis of the efficiency of agricultural product processing industry of Yunnan province from two aspects of static and dynamic factors and Malmquist index method,combined with tobit regression analysis of Yunnan Province agricultural products processing efficiency,finally puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Efficiency analysis mainly focuses on the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,comprehensive efficiency three aspects to evaluate the efficiency of agricultural product processing industry of Yunnan Province,and make further comparative analysis on total factor productivity index and technological progress index and technical efficiency index,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency index of Yunnan Province agricultural products processing industry from 2005 to 2009 and from 2010 to 2015.The study finds: pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the average value from 2005 to 2015 in agricultural product processing industry of Yunnan Province is 0.98,the average value of comprehensive efficiency is 0.95,the use of agricultural product processing industry of Yunnan province to invest resources in the current level of technology is inefficient;there is a certain gap between the scale and the optimal scale in the current system and the management level under the premise of Yunnan province;agricultural products processing industry in the irrational allocation of resources,efficient use of resources is invalid,does not reach the effective input and output.The technological progress index curve is on the TFP index curve,technical efficiency index curve under the TFP index curve from 2005 to 2015,and a total factor index,index and technological progress index and technical efficiency pure technical efficiency index were increased from 2010 to 2015 compare to the results from 2005 to 2009,while the scale efficiency index did not increase but decrease.This Indicates that the technological progress is the main effect source of TFP growth,due to the low capital,talent and management level,the overall factors of Yunnan Province agricultural products processing industry utilization efficiency is not high.On this basis,according to the efficiency of agricultural product processing industry of Yunnan province and the analysis of factors which affect the efficiency of agricultural product processing industry of Yunnan province and put forward the direction and extent of their influence,expand the industrial scale,increase the investment of agricultural scientific research and enhance the competitiveness of products,the importance of high-tech talents training,control of material capital investment and other countermeasures are put forward.
