Research On The Circulation Efficiency Of Agricultural Products In Hunan Province Under The Background Of "Internet+"

Hunan province has been a big agricultural province since ancient times.The rapid and continuous progress of agricultural modernization coexist opportunities and challenges in agricultural development.Now in the Internet era,China is also at the key node of informatization,urban-rural integration and agricultural modernization.The country has constantly introduced various relevant policies and systems,actively implemented the "Internet +" strategy,and the "Internet+" new business mode has gradually penetrated and applied to various industries.The new form of business integrating "Internet + agriculture" is not only driven by The Times,to promote the rapid development and profound reform of modern agriculture,but also an opportunity for the innovative development of the agricultural products circulation industry.In addition,agricultural products,as the main form of agriculture,the development of agricultural products circulation industry has also encountered challenges such as information asymmetry,imperfect transportation infrastructure,lack of agricultural products circulation professionals and scattered circulation channels that affect the efficiency of agricultural products circulation and the efficiency of agricultural products circulation industry.Therefore,under the background of "Internet +",it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the circulation efficiency of agricultural products.The empirical part of this paper is based on the analysis of the circulation efficiency measurement and influencing factors of agricultural products in Hunan Province under the background of "Internet +".first,The ultra-efficiency SBM model was used to measure the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Hunan province,Analyzing the timing evolution of the static efficiency of agricultural products circulation in Hunan Province under the background of "Internet +",From the spatial dimension,Hunan province is divided into five regions,east,west,south,north and central Hunan,The spatial difference analysis of the circulation efficiency of its agricultural products;next,To ating the Malmquist index and decomposition index of prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province under the background of "Internet +",Analyzing the temporal evolution and spatial difference of the dynamic efficiency of agricultural products circulation in Hunan Province under the background of "Internet +",Understand the main driving force to improve the efficiency of agricultural products circulation;last,Empirical analysis of the influencing factors was performed using the tobit model.The results show that:(1)from the time dimension,From 2009 to2019,the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Hunan province showed a "U-type" change trend,The development situation of the circulation industry is improving;(2)From the spatial dimension,Due to the differences in the technological progress value and technical efficiency value of agricultural products circulation in various prefecture-level cities,The gap in the circulation efficiency of agricultural products is widening,The growth situation of agricultural products circulation efficiency in various prefecture-level cities in Hunan province shows a bipolar distribution,In Changsha,the circulation efficiency of agricultural products in Chenzhou and Zhuzhou is higher than that of other prefecture-level cities;(3)From the perspective of urban agglomeration dimension,The regional difference of agricultural product circulation efficiency in eastern Hunan,western Hunan,central Hunan,southern Hunan and northern Hunan is obvious,The circulation efficiency of agricultural products in the eastern Hunan region is higher.(4)From the perspective of influencing factors,in addition to the capital factors,human capital level,labor input,government support and other influencing indicators affect the efficiency of agricultural circulation in Hunan province,information level is the biggest influence in all positive factors,is the "Internet +" new formats help to improve the efficiency of the circulation of agricultural products.Finally,focusing on how to improve the circulation efficiency of regional agricultural products,consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote rural revitalization,Starting from the factors affecting the circulation efficiency of agricultural products,Put forward the following six levels of suggestions:(1)to accelerate the circulation of agricultural products information construction,Break down products;(5)Improve the logistics and transportation infrastructure,Promote the agricultural products circulation industry to reduce cost and increase efficiency;(6)Improve residents’ income level,Prosperity urban and rural consumption.
