| Currently, the country contributes to the integration of important localities. This flood does not affect the development of any one sector, but participates in the development of the whole sector. Therefore, agricultural development inevitably affects the factors of production and overall socioeconomic development. This is because we need to understand the specific impacts, regardless of the sectors, populations, resources and land required,in order to better propose responses and address development issues. In addition,in the new era, development will focus on green, efficient and sustainable development. In this new era, agricultural production still cannot be developed,so we must also pay attention to improving agricultural production efficiency. Therefore, based on the theory of agricultural production efficiency measurement, this thesis uses a three-step DEA model to assess agricultural production efficiency and points out that there are significant differences in the overall agricultural efficiency among 13 provinces in Jiangsu.Considering the social and economic quotas of each region in Jiangsu province,we also examined the efficiency of adapted agriculture to avoid the interference of environmental factors and unexpected errors. It was found that, except for Nanjing, which occurred before and after the adjustment, all other cities in southern Jiangsu showed different degrees of efficiency decline, indicating that their actual production efficiency was reassessed. In addition, the DEA Malmquist index and the dynamic process of agricultural efficiency were used to assess the production efficiency of common agricultural factors.Since 2012,the factors influencing agricultural efficiency in Jiangsu province have been comprehensively evaluated using DEA Tobit analysis.Since 2008.Until 2021.we found this.except for the decline in efficiency between 2018 and 2019.The ten-year average annual growth rate is 1.5-8%,indicating an increase in overall agricultural productivity and a generally stable and positive economy in Jiangsu. The results of the Tobit analysis show that GDP per capita, the share of primary production in GDP,the share of agriculture, forestry and water expenditure in general public expenditure, the share of R&D expenditure in general public expenditure, and the ratio of urban income to rural agricultural productivity all have a positive impact.Failure to take these measures in time to address the new challenges will have implications for the sustainability of agriculture. |
