Study On The Logistics Efficiency Of Agricultural Products In Yunnan Province

Yunnan Province is a special geographical environment with a variety of temperature and climate types.It is the province with the most species of plants in China.In the early period of the establishment of the New China,many places in Yunnan Province was in a closed state.With the development of the reform and opening up and the market economy,the economic level has been improved,but Yunnan is still the largest province of national poverty counties.So it should seize the accurate poverty,the Belt and Road and other national policy opportunities,send rich products to the consumers to promote the rapid development of the whole economy All this is inseparable from the logistics of agricultural products.According to measurement and analysis of agricultural products logistics efficiency in Yunnan Province based on relevant data,we will give some suggestions to improve the logistics efficiency of agricultural products.And this will help the development of agricultural products logistics and promote the economic development of Yunnan province.Firstly,according to the input-output principle,we select the total output of agricultural products in Yunnan as an output index.The length of various transportation routes,the quantity of freight freight cars,the employees of agricultural products logistics and the fixed investment amount of agricultural products logistics as input index.Using DEAP2.1 software to get empirical analysis of agricultural products logistics efficiency in Yunnan Province from 2006 to 2016.Through the Mlamquist Index,we will analyze the efficiency in detail.Secondly,we will use Eviews6.0 software to establish Tobit regression model.Using this model to analysis of the factors affecting the efficiency of agricultural products logistics in Yunnan Province.The empirical results show that technical efficiency has an important impact on the logistics efficiency of agricultural products.We found that the trade level of Yunnan Province,the urbanization rate of the whole country,and the scale of the third industry of Yunnan Province are positively related to the efficiency of agricultural product logistics in Yunnan Province.We also found that agriculturallogistics professionals,Yunnan economic level and logistics infrastructure investment are negatively related to the logistics efficiency of agricultural products in Yunnan Province.The result shows that there are many problems in the agricultural product logistics in Yunnan Province,such as the enterprise management level is not high enough,the resource allocation and utilization rate is low,and the industrial structure is not optimized.Finally,we think we should strengthen the training of logistics professionals,the management level of logistics enterprises,the rational investment construction and the full use of advanced information technology.
