the grassland balance area.With the gradual implementation of the policy,the area of grazing can be reduced,in order to achieve the goal of reducing the amount of livestock,for the cold autumn and winter season forage shortage problem,herdsmen need to have a fixed space to feed livestock,livestock shed The construction of the building has gradually gained attention and strengthened in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.In this paper,taking Aba Prefecture in Sichuan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the situation and existing problems of the construction of the livestock shed under the background of the implementation of the grassland ecological subsidy policy.Through the research methods such as on-the-spot investigation,questionnaires,questionnaires and pilot difficult to promote a large area.With the country's attention to the development of animal husbandry in the pastoral areas,the construction of animal husbandry infrastructure has been effectively improved,and the construction of livestock shed has been supported by the government level.But in the study I found Aba existing livestock warm there is a large market demand,the supply can not keep up,the use of backward construction technology,building materials are not environmentally friendly,award-winning standard single,construction guidance standards are not fully considered the actual Demand and other aspects of the problem.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the existing livestock shed,the author thinks that the new type of livestock shed should be supported by the ecological building theory in the design and construction process,into the local architectural context,choose the eco-friendly building materials,use The idea of assembly architecture.The author and the research team carried out the demonstration construction of the ecological construction of the livestock shed and carried out the physical performance test on the completed demonstration of the livestock shed.Continuation of Aba state "rammed earth" residential construction of the context,the demonstration of the construction of the use of soil as a maintenance of the main structure of the wall material,with good thermal insulation properties.The main structure of the livestock shed is made of all the prefabricated thin-walled light steel materials.The bolts are connected between the components to make the installation of the sheds more convenient.In the future,the herders will be allowed to rebuild and recycle them.The results show that even in the coldest winter of Aba,the new livestock is the new type of livestock,which is used in the new winter.The shed is still able to provide an environment suitable for the living of animals such as yaks.Based on the research of this paper,the author puts forward the optimization proposal of the construction management system of livestock shed in Aba area,and puts forward the ecological design strategy of the shed in combination with the demonstration project.This paper suggests that the future grassland eco-subsidy policy should raise the award-winning standard and gradually realize the development of subsidy from the means of subsidy to the means of production,so that the herdsmen can increase the yield by increasing the animal husbandry productivity.The use of "government subsidies + herdsmen self" way in the plateau region to promote the ecological design of the new assembly-style shed,supplemented by "grazing + feeding" a combination of scientific farming methods for livestock breeding.This article has a
