This paper studies the Z building products company specialized technical staff incentive mechanism problem.Based on the theory of modern incentive theory and scientific management,using literature method,questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis and the research method of combining the paper analyzes the current situation of Z building products of the company's internal management,find the Z building products company is currently existing problems and the reasons in terms of incentive mechanism,the construction of a comprehensive incentive mechanism,incentive mechanism and put forward the Z building products company to implement security measures.Study conclusion shows that:First,in this paper,the design of professional technical staff including six economic incentives and 15 non economic incentive system of incentive mechanism.According to the questionnaire investigating Z building products company specialized technical personnel,it is concluded that the current Z building products company specialized technical personnel incentive mechanism exists the question is: professional and technical staff salary incentive effect not beautiful,professional and technical staff promotion space motivation insufficiency,the unreasonable performance evaluation to a lack of motivation to interact,innovation incentive insufficient working environment atmosphere.Second,through the factor analysis method,this paper further 21 incentives will be divided into job contribution incentive factor,its incentive factors,self-realization incentive factor,a total of three kinds of factors.Then,this paper puts forward the incentive mechanism of four factors:(1)different kinds of incentive factors.(2)the incentive subjective evaluation factors.(3)the company growth factors.(4)the individual characteristic factors.And put forward hypothesis and test for each type of influence factors,the results found from the influence size:(1)job contribution sexual motivation factor > itself incentive for > self-fulfilling sexual motivation factor.(2)the importance of motivating factors of satisfaction > incentive factors.(3)the company size > development level.(4)the degree of education > > working life work pay.Third,aiming at the problems found,combined with the incentive mechanism of the influence of factors,and further puts forward the incentive mechanism of optimization idea,including the compensation mechanism of optimization design,the promotion mechanism of optimization design,optimization design of performance evaluation mechanism,innovation mechanism optimization design four types of work environment,and make the drive mechanism,the implementation of the measures.
