Incentive mechanism is one of the core contents of enterprise employee management.Reasonable and effective incentive mechanism can not only effectively motivate staff's enthusiasm and initiative,thus encouraging them to achieve the organization goal and enhancing the benefit of the organization,but also can attract and retain an excellent staff team in the highly competitive knowledge-based economic environment,which can build a strong market competitiveness for the enterprise.CCFEB Industrial Installation Co.,Ltd.always pay attention to employee incentive mechanism construction,and has established a relatively complete system of incentive mechanism.But in the process of actual operation,there are still some problems,especially for the engineering and technical staff have a low satisfaction for the incentive mechanism,and the turnover rate of these staff is high,to a certain extent,affected the development of the company.This paper studies the incentive mechanism of CCFEB Industrial Installation Co.,Ltd.Firstly,the paper expounds the background and significance of the study,theoretical basis and related literature,and puts forward the research content and research methods.Then it studies the actuality Incentive Mechanism of Engineering and Technical Staff of CCFEB Industrial Installation Co.,Ltd,analyzes the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism for the engineers and technicians of the company from the aspects of the basic situation of the enterprise,the construction of the incentive mechanism,the industry comparison,and the satisfaction of the Engineering and Technical Staff.It points out four problems,such as the low satisfaction of salary level,the ineffective incentive effect of project bonus,the low satisfaction of performance appraisal and the narrow promotion channel.The main reasons are as follow six aspects: Incentive mechanism lacking Systematic,lacking understanding of the performance appraisal,uneven salary distribution,inadequate promotion channels,insufficient corporate culture guidance,inadequate care for employees.On this basis,this paper puts forward the improvement strategies from six aspects: incentive mechanism,salary system,performance appraisal,promotion channel,corporate culture and staff care.Finally,from the four aspects of organization,culture,thought and supervision,the paper puts forward the implementation steps and safeguards for the improvement of the incentive mechanismfor engineering and technical personnel of CCFEB Industrial Installation Co.,Ltd.This article studies the company from the Angle of incentive theory,analyzing the existing problems and deficiency of the incentive mechanism for the engineering and technical personnel,putting forward improvement strategies and the implementation security measures,trying to provide a set of Optimize solution for the CCFEB Industrial Installation Co.,Ltd.,at the same time providing Referential solutions of the personnel encouragement for the state-owned enterprises and construction industry.
