As a new high-tech enterprise,H-company established Quality Management System and Environment Management System,also built Customer Complaints Handling System in terms of IS010002 international standard and Intellectual Property Management System in terms of GB/T29490 national standard.Simultaneous operation of 4 management systems caused the problems of organization conflict,file conflict,repetitive audit and review,etc.,which affected the efficiency of organization operation seriously.Therefore,for H-Company it needs to integrate the common elements of current 4 types of management system standards,and make them can be coordinated running by unified management structure,which is called “4 standards of integrated management systems”,then to improve the efficiency of organization operation.It becomes current urgent needs for H-Company.In this thesis,firstly the background of subject,purpose and meaning of research was introduced,and the theoretical development and practical application in both domestic and overseas was analyzed,and then the research method and idea of 4 standards of integrated management systems was proposed.Secondly,it introduced the background and overview of implementation on 4 standards of integrated management systems of H-Company,it analyzed all the problems and related causes during the running of 4 kinds of management systems of company.Thirdly,it definitely pointed out that the method of solving above mentioned problems is 4 standards of integrated management systems,and then it expounded the feasibility of implementing 4 standards integrated program,and pointed out anticipated goal and evaluation index of the program.By reviewing the research achievement and practical application of multi-standard integrated management systems in domestic and overseas,the function and meaning of using process method in establishing 4 standards of integrated management systems was proposed.Afterwards,the project design of corporate 4 standards of integrated management systems was done by process approach.On the basis of SWOT analysis on strategic environment for H-Company,WBS decomposition of project integration process was done,Gant chart was used for designing the progressed plan of integrations,Turtle Diagram suggested by international automobile organization was used to recognize the system progress of H-Company,making customer complaints process as an example to explain the method of flow charting,further using the AHP method in selecting of 4 standards of integration program,designing the basic framework,the basic step of test run was listed;and innovatively proposing to treat process performance objectives,system operation efficiency,and the third party audit result as the evaluation index of operation effect for 4 standards of integrated management systems.Finally,for the smooth implementation of 4 standards of integrated management systems,the allocation of necessary resources,properly handling the contradiction,constructing the management and supporting measure of integration environment were proposed.
