| With the end of the 12 th five-year and the beginning of the 13 rd five-year,tourism is still a hot topic in the economic development in our country.Rapid development of the tourism makes hotel industry strongly expand and the budget chain hotels become a new hot spot in the market.In 1996,Jinjiang Star first introduced a concept of budget chain hotels,home inn was founded in 2002 and Xilong chain hotel was founded in 2005 in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province.It becomes a competitor from behind.No.40 among Domestic Economy Hotels in January 2017,come out top of the whole industry in both development speed and competitive capacity.The article takes Harbin Xilong chain hotel as the research object and uses the integration of the theory research and practice research.Through the practice research method and literature review method,the paper obtains the first-hand survey data,which ensures that this research is scientific and authenticity.First,the paper uses the literature review method to collect and finish the related data and resources of budget chain hotel and briefly summarize the general situation of domestic and foreign economic chain hotels.On this basis,the whole environment of the economic type hotel chain are analyzed,including social and cultural environment,technical environment,political and legal environment and economic environment,expounds the economic chain hotel market environment.As a case study of home inn and seven days,briefly analyze the market competitiveness with Harbin seven days and Harbin ho me inn.Using the SWOT analysis,the paper analyzes the environment from advantage,weakness,opportunities and challenges and summarizes countermeasures and conclusion.And then the paper introduces the present situation about Xilong chain hotel and discusses the main reasons of the problems.Finally,according to the existing problems,the paper puts forward the development,including planning innovation development,reforming management system,perfecting hotel human resources management mode and strengt hening the hotel marketing. |
