Research On The Innovation System Of Military And Civilian Integration Of Aerospace Technology In China

The aerospace industry has obvious effect on national economic development.The development level of space technology can also reflect the comprehensive strength of the country.At present,most countries in the world will focus on the aerospace industry as the object of development.Countries have invested a lot of money and personnel in space technology innovation.China's space industry has gone through 70 years of development and has achieved many important achievements.If we want to enter the ranks of the world's space power,it also has a long way to go.As the space technology and national defense security is closely related,most of our technical achievements are developed by the military.Many technologies have not been very good conversion applications.Therefore,military and civilian long independent research and production lead to the gap between the two sides widening.A direct result of the overall technological innovation capability of the aerospace industry is not strong,the efficiency of technological transformation under the application.The purpose of this paper is to study the current situation of aerospace industry and technological innovation in China under the international competitive environment,and to construct a set of innovation system for military and civilian integration of military technology in China.This paper has a certain theoretical research and collation of domestic and foreign related literature,clarify the background,purpose and significance of this research,and summarize the research status of aerospace technology civil-military integration innovation system,and determine the content of this paper.At the same time,through the study of the results of different scholars,aerospace technology and aerospace technology integration of civil and military innovation are defined.Analyzes the present situation of the development of China's aerospace industry,from the perspective of economic environment,policy environment,technical environment and social and cultural environment,and clarifies the environment in which the integration of military and civilian technology in China.This paper analyzes the development course,the motive,the practice and the result of the innovation and integration of the aerospace technology of the aerospace industry,and finds out the characteristics of the country in terms of policy and system,so as to obtain relevant experience and inspiration.This paper analyzes the structure of the integration of the military and civil society in China and clarifies their roles,needs and behaviors,and provides the basis for the construction of the integration system of military and civilian integration.This paper is based on the relevant theory to build China's space technology integration of military and civilian innovation system,and in accordance with the characteristics of China to develop China's space technology integration of military and civilian innovation system operating mechanism.Finally,this paper is combined with the overall situation of China's aerospace industry and the integration of military and civilian development situation,and puts forward to help China's space technology integration of military and civilian innovation system implementation recommendations.
