A Study On The Regional Economic Development Of The University Think Tank

Under the background of the rapid development of the global economy,the form of think tanks is varied,and the formulation of public policy plays a more and more important role in the development of public policy.Since the proposed construction of China characteristics of new think tanks for the first time since 2013,from the government to local universities and non-governmental organizations have to think tank construction,the domestic scholars to conduct in-depth studies from different theoretical perspectives,and achieved fruitful results.In March 30,2016,the State Council approved the "development plan" Chengdu Chongqing city group,Nanchong planning has also been adjusted accordingly,put forward "development planning docking planning of Nanchong Chengdu Chongqing city group to promote the development of the city of Nan Xi Peng".Nanchong city as the regional center of the city,was planning to "three area" in "the first dual axis of two South and wide town concentrated area" city,plays an important role in Western Chongqing docking,the radiation.The development level of economic development in the city of Nanchong,is conducive to promoting the economic development of Sichuan and Chongqing city group collective.The relation between University and economic development is inseparable,and the construction of think tank in Nanchong is important to the healthy development of regional economy.At present,however,failed to think tank construction in Colleges and universities in Nanchong to better promote the development of regional economy,this study through the investigation of 5 universities in Nanchong colleges and universities in Nanchong think tank service current situation of regional economic development through analysis and evaluation,to find out the cause of development does not match the two,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper mainly studies the current situation of regional economic development of Nanchong University think tank by the coordination degree and duality.First of all,through the analysis of the successful case of the regional economic development of the University think tank service,learn from its excellent development experience.Secondly,research the actual situation of Nanchong University think tank to serve the regional economic development,the coordination degree and the duality of Nanchong University think tank and the level of economic development is to adapt to the analysis,obtains the two does not match the conclusion,carries on the analysis,the development process of Nanchong University think tank to serve the regional economy,there is a the lack of a clear development and evaluation index;think tank service awareness needs to be strengthened;the right of discourse is relatively weak;the ability of scientific research should be strengthened and the practical results of follow-up work is low;think tank needs to be further perfected and other issues.Put forward a clear positioning,establish brand awareness;improve the think tank service consciousness;improve the think tank to serve the regional economic development discourse;improve the level of scientific research for the practical value of products,enhance intelligence;attach importance to the follow-up work of University think tank suggestion results.
