Research On The Construction Of Think Tanks In Tibetan Universities

With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength and the development achievements,the expects for the national decision-making is higher and higher.And this age gives bigger challenge for the central government on decision-making.Now,it is time to build a new kind of think tank with the unique Chinese characteristics.According to the requirements by the government ’s: strengthening the construction of the new think tanks with Chinese characteristics and establishing a sound decision-making consultation system",this paper will do some research in the think tanks’ building and organizing.First,based on the instructions by the Ministry of Education and the actual situationin Tibet,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems in this field.Second,this research gives various factors that affect the construction of the think tank in the Tibetan colleges and universities.Third,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the construction of the think tank in the Tibetan colleges and universities.In one word,this paper hopes to put forward a new approach to the construction of the think tank in Tibet colleges and universities on the aspects ofimproving the independence,perfecting the system and strengthening the policy support,etc.Finally,the author hopes to improve the ability of the school think tank,to participate more in policy making,to contributes to the public policy formulation.
