Research On The Collaborative Development Path Of Beijing-tianjin-hebei Industry

The coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei has risen as a national important developmen strategy,in the context of the integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,based on the analysis of the industrial structure of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,this article compares the domestic and international famous city circle research,found that the difference is bigger,there is a huge difference with the development of GDP per capita and three industrial structure with the Yangtze river delta economic circle,the pearl river delta economic circle and international famous city circle.It can be seen that the beijing-tianjin-hebei economic circle has great potential for development.Further through the shift-share analysis of beijing-tianjin-hebei region of the three industrial structures,we found that beijing-tianjin-hebei internal industrial structure present a high,medium and low level,and beijing-tianjin-hebei region industry collaboration relationship between each other is not strong,the radiation of beijing-tianjin region is not enough,In the present situation,the beijing-tianjin-hebei industry cannot coordinate development.Based on the integration of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region development strategy and the strategic vision for the establishment of Xiongan New Area,the following basic conclusions are drawn:1.The development goal of beijing-tianjin-hebei is super city circle has the world influence,2.Xiongan New Area will become the third pole of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,the " Three pole tripartite confrontation " of beijing-tianjin-Xiongan New Area is the basic spatial layout of beijing-tianjin-hebei,3.the development positioning of the Xiongan New Area should be the "world-class innovation center" is similar to silicon valley in the United States.Based on the above understanding,the paper gives the path of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei industry as follows:First,it should be the horizontal and reasonable industrial layout of the high-end third industry of the three pole of Beijing,tianjin and Xiongan New Area,to avoid assimilation industry,Second,it is the close cooperation layout of vertical industrial chain with high,medium and low in the three pole and three pole in other parts,and the other regions of Beijing,tianjin and Xiongan New Area will be the production base,logistics base and ecological protection zone of the region of beijing-tianjin-hebei.In the end,the beijing-tianjin-hebei region will develop towards a high-end service and become a world-class city.At the end of the paper,according to the above analysis,the latest relevant policies,functional orientation and successful experience of the development of famous metropolitan areas,some relevant suggestions are put forward to accelerate the coordinated development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region.
