With the development of economy and the deepening of economic system reform,logistics industry has developed rapidly in China and it is promising.From a macro point of view,the logistics plays a vital role in a country's economic development,from a micro perspective,logistics is a key to improve the competitiveness of an enterprise.As an important node in the logistics system,the location of logistics center is very important in the entire logistics system,the success of the location determines the entire logistics system's shape,structure and mode,and not only affects the logistics center's own operating costs,performance and future development,but also affects the operation of the entire logistics system.So,the study of logistics center location is very meaningful.In reality,the logistics center location is often dynamic,multi-target constraints,highly nonlinear,from which the conversion of the problems are often highly complex nonlinear problems,the computational complexity is often exponential growth,the traditional calculation method has been too difficult to solve for this type of problem.With the aid of computer,intelligent optimization algorithm has become one of the effective methods to solve this kind of problem.Bat Algorithm which was proposed in 2010,with its simple model,easy to implement,fast convergence,excellent search ability and other characteristics,is widely used to solve the highly nonlinear optimization problem and various engineering problems of the real world.In this research,the Bat Algorithm is effectively improved,and then is used to solve the logistics center location problem.The main contents of this research include the following aspects:(1)Analyze the relevant concepts of the logistics center,the basic theory and methods of logistics center location.(2)Introduce the basic Bat Algorithm,based on the analysis of inertia weight,select the appropriate inertia weight into the bat algorithm to improve it,then propose Bat Algorithm with Index decreasing Inertia Weight to improve its accuracy,reduce its running time,and through the seven standard test functions simulation experiments,show that the improved Bat Algorithm is feasible and effective.(3)About the problem of logistics center location where the improved Bat Algorithm is applied,and the algorithm is programmed to solve the problem of logistics center location.Compared with the basic Bat Algorithm and Lingo,the results show that the improved bat algorithm is more effective and advanced in solving logistics center location problem.This research provides a new idea for the improvement of the Bat Algorithm,provides a new reference for the intelligent optimization algorithm to solve the logistics center location problem,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
