The issue of "sky-high pay",which has been exposed in recent years,has repeatedly shocked the domestic and international public,causing the authorities to attach great importance to it.On the one hand,executive pay is rising and rising more and more,in stark contrast to the steady and steady growth of the average worker's pay.On the other hand,rising executive pay rather than bring the improvement of enterprise performance,and even have a company in the condition of sustained economic losses,still keep rising executive pay.High-tech enterprises are developing in large scale and rapid economic growth,but there is also a fierce competition for the risk of bankruptcy.As a knowledge-intensive,technology-intensive industry,it's choice of employees and more stringent requirements,talent and technology is the core value,so how to establish a reasonable and effective for high and new technology enterprise's salary incentive system,whether it should narrow the gap between the pay? What about the impact on corporate performance?This paper first analyzes the key concepts,strict definition of high and new technology enterprise,the senior management team,pay gap between executives,the executives-employee compensation gap measure,after detailed analysis tournament theory and behavioral theory support point of view.This article selects 2014-2015 A and B shares of high and new technology enterprise as the research samples,through literature,survey and statistical analysis to study the high and new technology enterprise internal pay gap for the direction of the impact of enterprise performance,and combined with the characteristics of high and new technology enterprises,select some adjustment variables to test for performance incentive compensation gap.Through the empirical analysis shows that executive pay gap within the team has a positive effect on business performance,executives and employees' pay gap has a positive effect on business performance,after adjusting variable technical complexity,ownership concentration to do further research,found the technology complexity and the interaction of the executive pay gap will reduce the enterprise executive pay and performance are related function weakened,ownership concentration and the interaction of the executive pay gap between executives compensation gap between positive correlation relationship with corporate performance,technical complexity and the interaction of the executives and staff pay gap will weaken the executives and staff pay gap between positive effect on business performance.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions: high-tech enterprises should not only set a reasonable compensation scheme,more should be combined with their own characteristics,to consider such as technical complexity,ownership concentration and other factors other than compensation for the regulation of enterprise salary incentive effect.The relevant departments should improve the disclosure system of executive compensation,so that companies should be more fully exposed to the financial information.
