Research For R&D Employees' Performance Appraisal In High Technology Enterprise

R&D employees' performance examine is an important part of high-tech enterprises human resource management activities.Their performances often determine the core competition of high-tech enterprises in the market.In the age of intelligent economy,high-tech enterprises are playing more and more important role in national economy,therefore,the performance examine system of high-tech enterprises not only determine compensation,position,promotion and bonus etc,more important thing is to keep and attract those talent persons joint to the enterprises.A reasonable and effective performance examine system can enforce enterprises' core competition,and determine whether the enterprise can achieve advantage of competition,finally,it will be converted to profits.On the view of R&D employees' working nature,most of R&D personnel are differ from basement employees,their working nature determine the working style,this working style in turn require high-tech enterprises make a performance examine system just for R&D employees.It is that to say that enterprise should provide a comfortable environment,a flexible work time.This study will use some theoretical methods such as 360 performance examine,key measurement,level analysis method etc.to construct a performance examine system for R&D employees.This study mainly include following sections:The first section is review those theories about performance theory;the second part is current situation of our country's high-tech enterprises performance examine system,and analyses CF corporation's situation of performance examine system;finally,according to founded problems this study will reconstruct performance examine system and test the system's effectiveness.The purpose of this paper is to provide a scientific and reasonable performance examine system for high-tech enterprises through analyzing and studying a real case for all the high-tech enterprises.
