Needs of people's daily life, driven by the rapid development of social economy, consumption demand for oil and gas resources also rising fast, offshore oil and gas exploitation and exploration work also of marine engineering production plan management and equipment technology proposed higher requirements. Due to the particularity of marine construction project environmental by seawater corrosion, typhoon erosion effects, which increase the difficulty in the design and construction management of marine engineering, for production planning and management of the marine engineering project also put forward higher requirements. At present, in the international marine engineering project management, has formed a more unified production management system, from the project contract signed, to the construction of the project, to the final delivery of the vessel, and the delivery of the vessel after a series of after-sales service work, reflects the product life cycle management idea, which also largely enhance the difficulty of marine engineering project construction.Therefore, for the construction of marine engineering project, also need to application of project production management and other modern management theory, to realize marine engineering project whole life cycle management, ensure project delivery and cost control, promote the successful completion of the project. In this thesis, the application of project production plan management in the marine engineering project is studied based on the example of the project of offshore drilling platform 23. Firstly, on the analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars for production management in marine engineering project research and Application on the basis of the results, related theories of project management are summarized, so as to provide a theoretical basis of this thesis. Secondly, the overview of ship marine 23 drilling platform project management situation of, including the project overview and project management present situation analysis, and on this basis, from the overall control of project does not reach the designated position, task decomposition is too traditional, project plan optimization is not scientific, inspection project quality inspection work is too cumbersome and construction plan to adjust the missing links and other aspects put forward problems existing in the project management. Finally, aiming at the problems existed in the production plan of the project management, optimization of ship marine 23 drilling platform, a project plan. Analysis the principle of production planning, from the work decomposition, piecewise activities are divided, the key path design and requirements planning and other aspects of proposed production plan optimization process, and from the project progress tracking and statistics, product construction Hengdao diagram plan of project schedule management plan optimization analysis. Put forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the project plan, including optimizing the production organization and the team, strengthening the information sharing of the project production process, optimizing the project production management system and improving the project schedule management system.Through the application and research of project planning management in ship marine 23 drilling platform project, the overall control of ship and marine engineering provide actual reference, to provide a more scientific management for the project cycle and cost control.
