Today's world is the world of the Internet; the Internet has changed people's way of life,but also the impact of all walks of life. The continuous improvement of the Internet, the traditional marketing model is both a blow and an opportunity. Along with the continuous development and improvement of the electronic commerce, the marketing idea gradually in-depth grass-roots, the majority of consumers, and even some young consumers has been inseparable from the network shopping, the basic necessities of life to solve through the network shopping.Taobao network as a leader in the domestic e-commerce to provide local characteristics of e-commerce platform for the purpose of service, has been in continuous development and improvement. In the Taobao online, the store is a credit rating, and roughly divided into new shops, diamond shops and crown shops, the higher the credibility of the store the more consumers can get the trust and favor. Stores often because of low credit rating and nobody cares, LN shop is one of the typical representative, facing opening time is short, low credit rating, products are limited, a series of problems. Lon new shop Main cosmetics, in the face of Taobao existing cosmetics crown stores and lynx each big brand flagship store, how can we have more consumers of all ages and is rapidly developing into a crown stores, LN store is currently facing a huge problem. Therefore, to recognize the shop's competitive strategy, must conduct an objective analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the store, grasp the external opportunities and avoid risks, to lay a solid foundation for the rapid development of the shop,which is the purpose of this study.Firstly from the external environment of LN new store hands, the use of PEST analysis method and Porter's five forces model, respectively to the shop of the external environment and the competition environment analysis, and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the shop, put forward the development target of shop, the shop's competitive strategy formulation and pave the way for. Secondly, the SWOT analysis method to find out the advantages and disadvantages of shops in the competitive environment, and the opportunities and threats, and stores the actual situation combined to develop an appropriate store development of competitive strategy, the competitive strategies for the implementation of.
