At the beginning of1990, the rapid development of the Internet has in theglobal Internet popularity boom, many global companies have to seize theopportunity, effectively use the Internet to provide information services, to expandthe business scope of the company, and based on the characteristics and advantagesof the Internet, actively organize their internal structures, continue to explore newways of marketing management. In this environment, the network marketing emergeas the times require. But the network marketing started relatively late in china.According to our national information center survey figures show that: China nowhas hundreds of thousands of enterprises to use the network for effective networkmarketing, in the number of ten enterprises by the computer and communicationsindustry, as well as the financial industry more generally. But despite China’senterprises to join the Internet is not a few, but with the enterprises in developedcountries compared, many of our enterprises network marketing development, theoverall level is still relatively low, can be said is still in the initial stage.By combing the network marketing present situation in China in this paper, acomprehensive analysis of China’s network marketing development mode, thecurrent scale and business transaction, the existing problems and obstacles in thestage of network marketing in china. Taking as an example the development oftaobao.com, taobao.com analysis the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities andthreats, we put forward the Countermeasures of future development of taobao. In thispaper, the use of Management Science in more common analysis methods, such asSWOT analysis, according to the current development status of taobao.com, analysisof its strengths and weaknesses, and the opportunities and threats, but also to thedevelopment of China’s enterprise network marketing some suggestions. In thispaper, the use of theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, survey research methodand other methods, comprehensive economics, strategic management, statisticalanalysis theory, tries to have a comprehensive understanding of the subject.
