Management communication is an unavoidable topic for running an enterprise; it's the development foundation and an important tool. For each company, we all face to various communication problems. QT Company is a Hong Kong registered company, with a young team which average age at 28, the employees come from different provinces, with different education and living background. This article aims to study the current communication situation in the company, and found the communication problem and seek useful solutions. Try to create an environment that is easy to communicate for their employees. The managers should pay more attention to management communication, which can make it easier for different department to coordinate their tasks. Meantime, it can help the company to improve the competitiveness in the market.QT Company is a telecommunications carrier focusing on voice wholesale business only. Currently, the company faces to several communicating issues, such as lack of regulations, no useful feedback channel; the managers are not qualified in communication. Gradually, those problems affects company's daily work, the communication efficiency becoming lower and lower, the company start face to conflicts rise from different departments.This article takes three typical cases to study, combined with communication theory and internal questionnaire, to analysis the reasons of communication problems. By using that knowledge to find our helpful strategies, including build up communication regulations, enrich communication channels, giving more training to employees in order to improve the communication situation in the company. As there is not much theory for horizontal communication, it might be some defects existing.
