As the rapid development of technology,the competition of enterprises is rapid, they are all paying their attention from external reform to internal, aiming to enhance the competition of brand and product. As well, the core of Supply Chain management is Procurement Management that is the main problem of this paper searched. With the start of research trends in China and other countries, the scholar had pointed out that the strategy of procurement should be coincidence with the company's. After the year of 1990, the Chinese enterprise was facing the world-wide pressure of competition, so the company and the scholar had paid attention to the strategic procurement gradually. The Chinese scholar focused on the cost and analyzed the strategic procurement, they said that the implementation of strategic procurement can contribute to reduce the cost and enhance the core competition of company. In the early year of 1970, the abroad scholar had studied the strategy procurement and the height is over than Chinese's. They looked at the role of procurement, raised the strategy procurement activities which is different from the order and purchases. They thought the strategy procurement is the process of decision-making, it must be aimed at enhancing the competitiveness and realizing the long-time goal of the company. The research from overseas scholar offers the theoretical basis to the purchasing management of A company.The construction of the paper is raising?analyzing and solving questions. Firstly, the company profile and external environment are introduced. Give a statement of the organization chart of A company and each function. The section of Supply Chain Management is divided into different levels and departments. The purchasing section is called purchasing class which belongs to the supply department, it is a branch of Business Unit of production and logistics. The purchasing class is the third executive agency and is not supervised and administrated by the core leader.The paper introduces the normal purchasing activities and analyze the problems existed in the management of purchase in A company. Talking about the whole fragment of one project, the function of a buyer is receiving the trial demand from marketing and R&D(Research Department) department in the early of a new production, tracing the goods into warehouse. The buyer had less power on choosing one supplier. When the product is in mass production, the routine of a buyer is releasing orders basing on the plan from production department, and then following up the goods till they are in stock. At that time, the main function of a buyer is keeping the line is in production. In the phase of supplier management, the paper analyze the number of supplier and the data of expenditure for procurement, shell materials as an example, the point out some problem.Finally, combine with the theory of modern supply chain management, raise some suggestion to the management of procurement and supplier. It is looking forward to optimizing the resources, the reaction supply chain management, increasing efficiency by bringing strategic procurement into force, reducing the purchasing cost of A company is the final target.
