Research On The Procurement Cost Control Of Company CB Under Supply Chain Management

As the beginning of the new century,the new production technology based on computer and other high technology is widely used in the field of new production and service all over the world especial in the country with advanced technology.With the structure of industrial upgrading,the division of industrial is deeping.The factors of production are rapidly flowing.In order to deal with increasingly fierce market competition,supply chain management is widely used in manufacturing.The companies no longer cover all production links,but it mainly controls the core business which have a competitive advantage and value-added links,(so it can be called the core business.);but the other non-core business with low value-added was outsourcing.At this moment,the competition of different enterprises is not based on only their own power,but between different supply chain of the same customers.The potential of cost optimization is achieved by managing the entire supply chain costs.Because of the uniqueness of the organization structure,production particularity and the complexity of the construction process,construction enterprises,the construction enterprise has the phenomenon of large investment and low income.At the period that the whole industry is in a “marginal”,the traditional way of extensive management already cannot meet the needs of the healthy development of enterprises.How to get the benefit from management has become the consensus among the construction enterprise.Therefore,how to use the supply chain management model of manufacturing industry to optimize the cost of construction,to establish a reasonable construction cost structure,has become the focus of the construction enterprise.Through the analysis of the domestic and international supply chain management and cost control in the course of development,integrated use of theory and method in many fields including economics logistics,modern statistics,coordination theory,value theory,integrated network management theory,in-depth study of the construction enterprise project operation mechanism itself,this paper attempts to establish the supply chain cost management model which is suitable for the sustainable development of construction enterprises.In this paper,the author first analyzes the project procurement management system and cost control present situation of CB company,to explore the problems existing in purchasing management;then in the CB company's procurement management introduced the idea of supply chain management,and optimize the procurement plan,and carries on the feasibility analysis of the optimized plan.Finally we calculate optimal results after the implementation of the program.After a period of operation,the optimized CB procurement management mechanism is to meet the cost control requirements,while meeting the project and customer needs,improving customer satisfaction.
