The Study Of Cotton Textile Industry Cluster District Construction On Bonded Port In Qinzhou

Bonded port area is the most special customs supervision area with the highest level of bonded logistics,the most preferential policies,the most complete functions and the most obvious location advantages.Since the birth of China's first bonded port in 2005,the state has approved 14 bonded ports,which is a strategic measure to accelerate the integration of economic globalization and actively respond to the changes of international development environment.Bonded port area is the main body of special function and policy superposition,and it is the focal point of regional investment attraction and the link of gathering enterprises.To give full play to the role of the bonded port area to the regional economic development,the bonded port industry is undoubtedly the best carrier.However,from the current situation of industry of the bonded port area,most of the bonded port industry lack of reasonable planning and positioning before the construction,blind construction,and mismatch the needs of regional industry.Not only can not play the advantages of scale,the cost and the efficiency of the bonded port enterprise cluster to optimize the allocation of resources,resulting imbalance of resource utilization and increasing pressure of competition.It seriously affects China's bonded port industry planning and restricts the economic development of the bonded port area.To solve these problems,this paper introduces the protection of project planning and construction of the bonded port area.From the perspective of reducing the blind investment,based on industry cluster theory,international trade theory and resource theory,the thesis in-depth studies on the feasibility of construction of Qinzhou bonded port area of cotton textile industry agglomeration.This paper is divided into three parts of the feasibility study process of bonded port project construction.The first part introduces the dominant problems and development direction of the industry through researching the current situation of the development of cotton industry in Guangxi and the southwest regions.Combining with the theory of industrial cluster and Wilson model analysis,it showed that the bonded port construction project is feasible.The second part is from the perspective of international trade,focusing on the analysis of the comparative advantage index,trade competition index and market similarity index in the construction of China ASEAN cotton textile trade.Finally,from the perspective of resource based theory,the natural resources,economic resources,environmental resources,industry resources and area resources of Guangxi bonded port area of Qinzhou in the overall impact of cotton industry chain and whether the project construction is feasible or not.This paper mainly gives the relevant strategies through using SWOT analysis of the main advantages and disadvantages of the project.The conclusion is drawn that the construction of the project is feasible,but in view of the domestic and international market trends,we need to focus on the development of cotton textile industry chain,including cotton fabric,cotton yarn and home textiles.
