In recent years,with the fierce competition in the clothing industry and the rapid development of e-commerce,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the optimization of logistics operation in order to reduce logistics cost and improve logistics efficiency.Distribution center,as an important logistics facility node of A clothing enterprise,becomes the focus of optimization,the cost of picking operations is accounted for more than 60% of the total operating costs of the distribution center,so choose the appropriate storage strategy for slotting location optimization to achieve the optimal allocation of goods has become a major concern of A clothing enterprises.The rapid development of e-commerce makes the whole clothing industry needs to improve the response speed of logistics to meet the requirements of customers.Therefore,to improve the efficiency of picking operation and reduce the cost of operation has become an important issue to be considered in the distribution center.An effective method to solve the problem is to optimize the storage strategy and slotting assignment.This paper takes A clothing enterprise distribution center as the research object.Two problems in the storage strategy and slotting optimization are studied.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Using cross EIQ to analysis quarterly and monthly pick-orders of distribution center,according to the results of the analysis,the ABC classification is given,and then put forward the overall storage strategy using classified storage,different categories of goods storage area using other storage methods.For A classification production,due to its greater impact on the efficiency of storage,it is necessary to use the location storage.For B and C classification,because of its small shipments,more items and the impact on the storage efficiency is small,so the random storage is used.(2)For the location storage of A classification production,the multi-target location optimization model with the highest picking efficiency,the highest shelf stability and the minimum energy consumption of the operator is established,in order to simplify the solution,use the analytic hierarchy process to assign weights to each target.(3)The LINGO software is used to solve the model,and the results are analyzed.The results show that the proposed model and the method are effective.
