The optimization of crop and livestock industries structure is an important component of the structural reform of Chinese agricultural supply side,a key step in the development of modern agricultural modernization construction.It also a crucial point for achieving the goal of building a well-off society,prospering the rural economy,and increasing farmers' income.Taking the structure optimization of crop and livestock industries in Daxinganling Agricultural Reclamation as an example,this paper constructed a multi-objective linear programming model which based on the analysis of the development of crop and livestock industries in the area,and takes into account the economic,social,and ecological benefits.According to the Matlab programming solution,the optimization result of crop and livestock industries in the area was proposed and analyzed.In the end,this paper clarified the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the optimization of crop and livestock industries structure.The main research progress and conclusions are as follows:(1)Summarizing the status of agricultural development in Daxinganling Agricultural Reclamation.The Daxinganling Agricultural Reclamation as an important commodity grain reserve base in China,after more than half a century's development,the region's overall economic,the grain output and the crop industry is developing well.But the development of the livestock,and the combination mode of crop and livestock industries is weak.The future development of agricultural is constrained by imbalances in the internal structure of the crop industry,the small scale of the livestock industry,and the lack of effective circulation of the farming industry.(2)Constructing a multi-objective linear programming model of crop and livestock industries structure.The model is constructed by the multi-objective linear programming method,and based on the actual conditions of crop and livestock in Daxinganling Agricultural Reclamation area.In this paper,fifteen decision variables such as corn,sorghum,and wheat were selected,five independent objective functions were set for the economic,social,and ecological categories.And the paper sets five types of constraints,including the straw carrying capacity,the amount of livestock manure consumed by farmland,and the crop planting area and other species.At the same time,using the analytic hierarchy process to scientifically and reasonably obtain the weights of each objective function,using the method of extremum processing to unify dimensions,and finally obtain the total objective function of the model.(3)Evaluating the optimization result of crop and livestock industries in Daxinganling Agricultural Reclamation area.According to the Matlab programming solution,the optimization result of crop and livestock industries in the region was put forward,and an optimization evaluation system was constructed by the principal component analysis method.The evaluation results showed that: after the optimization of crop and livestock industries structure,the scores of the six indicators and comprehensive indicators were significantly higher than those before optimization,ndicating the optimization results are scientific and practical.Those indicators are divided into three aspects including crop and livestock industries development gravity and speed,product market competitiveness and motive force,optimization trend of crop and livestock industries structure.In addition,the paper analyzes the optimization result,and shows that the benefits has significantly increased after optimizing crop and livestock industries structure in Daxinganling Agricultural Reclamation area.The comprehensive benefit of crop and livestock industries increased by 48.81%,of which economic,social and ecological benefits increased by 93.92%,-6.06% and 6.13% respectively.This paper achieved the utilization of crop straw and livestock manure,balanced the economic,ecological,and social benefits,and promoted the sustainable development of agriculture.(4)Putting forward the countermeasures to promote the optimization of crop and livestock industries structure in Daxinganling Agricultural Reclamation.Scientifically formulate the development plan for crop and livestock industries,consider the resource endowments and ecological environment differences as a whole,and define the overall thinking and objectives for the coordinated development of the farming and breeding industry.Updating new varieties of crop and livestock industries to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products.Actively promote the combination mode of crop and livestock industries,make full use of agricultural waste such as straw,livestock and poultry manure,and achieve the coordinated development of crop and livestock industries.Introducing recycling and utilization technologies for crop and livestock industries to improve the efficiency and utilization of agricultural wastes,and promoting the optimization of the structure of crop and livestock industries through technological innovation.Increasing the policy support for optimization of crop and livestock industries,to guide,encourage and support new-type agricultural management entities to carry out the optimization and adjustment of the structure of crop and livestock industries.
